I work closely with other businesses to understand their information issues, then use paid resources to find the highest quality information available. I deliver the information in a wide variety of ways - a polished PDF, a quick point form email - depending on what my client is using the information for and who they will be giving it to.

I have a Bachelor of Arts in English, and a Master of Information degree, both from the University of Toronto. Yes - a Master of Information, it's a real thing, and I am, in fact, the Master of all the Information.  I have varied real-world experience performing all kinds of research for clients big and small, and am passionate about providing businesses with the information they need to kill it in their industries.
